French Air Resources.
12. All French aircraft, whether in active use or in reserve, should be flown to British or French colonial territory, or be destroyed.

All aircraft under construction should be removed or destroyed, including American aeroplanes being assembled at Bourges. Complete aero-engines should if possible be sent to the United Kingdom or to North Africa, also machine guns, cannon, bomb racks, and ammunition.
14. All factories for aircraft, aero-engines and accessories of every kind should be dismantled or destroyed, with the exception of any machine tools which can be sent to England.
Merchant Shipping.
15.
Ships at Sea. The French Government should give immediate instructions for all French ships and ships under charter to the French Government en route to French ports to proceed to British or French colonial ports; particulars to be communicated to the British Admiralty, who will inform the Ministry of Shipping.
16. Ships in French Ports. All ships in French ports should be ordered to proceed to British or French colonial ports, including as in small oraft as possible (tugs, trawlers, drifters, etc..
17. Plans should be made for the blocking of French Atlantic and Bay of Biscay ports and the destruction of port facilities. Inmediate assistance can be rendered by specially trained British naval parties.
Gold.
18. Any French gold remaining in France should be shipped at once to the U.S.A. The same applies to Swiss and Belgian gold.
Oil.
19.
All bulk oil supplies, whether at ports or inland, including naval, military and air as well as commercial supplies, should be destroyed. Some assistance, at least in Atlantic ports, could be given by British expert demolition parties, The utmost importance is attached to this item,
