All these works would be executed by the troops, as follows:-
Making four block-houses
Completing ditto
1st Day.
́R.E., 1 N.C.O. from Section XI.
Infantry, 1 officer, 90 N.C.O.'s and men
from Sectional Troops and Reserve.
2nd, 3rd, and 4th Days.
Constructing entrenchments for
infantry and guns
Making communications
R.E., 6 N.C.O.'s and men from Sections
III and XI.
Infantry, same as above.
Sixty coolies will be employed under the Royal Engineers for the first three days carying materials for the block-houses.
Engineer District. This section is, with Sections III and XI, in the D Engineer district, under the general Engineer supervision of Lieutenant Matheson, R.E.
Tools.-The tools required are enumerated in Schedule XVIII (12), and will be issued with the camp equipment.
