4. The detachments of both companies detailed for duty with sections and fire commands will parade at

5. Os.C. companies will arrange with the officer in charge of transport as to the time and place at which transport is required.
6. The Quartermaster will take command of the reserve detachment, who will remain in barracks.
(ii.) At the War Stage.
7. The C.R.E. will complete the contracts arranged for above and hand over the services to the Inspector of Works.
He will, as soon as possible, make a tour of inspection in Island Section and arrange for any deficiencies or difficulties he may discover.
8. The Division Officer, Defence Revision, will hand over to the Director of Public Works representative all major works and then proceed to Mainland Section as O.C. detachment, Royal Engineers.
9. The C.R.E. will take on ledger charge the remainder of R.E. stores drawn from A.O.D., but the actual drawing of stores will be done by the section R.E. officers.

2. Officers, warrant officers, n.c.os. and men are confined to quarters or barracks and will be prepared to turn out in field service order within half an hour of being warned, carrying 300 rounds of ammunition, filled water-bottles, and two days' rations
