and 1 c. coarse-chopped fresh or canned oysters, Moisten with oyster Juice. Use for fish or chicken. Double the recipe for stuffing a 10 lb turkey.

Sour Cream Currant Biscuits

Mix 4 c. moist dried currants with 2 c. self-rising flour sifted with 1 tsp. baking soda. Stir in 1 c. soured cream. Transfer to a floured pastry board; pat to 4" thickness. and cut into small blacuits. Bake 20 min. In hot oven, 425° F.
