For eye appeal, as well as the palate appeal, a salad such as chicken and vegetable made up of a layer of creamy-rich chicken mousse between two layers of tangy lime gelatin sparkling with crisp diced cucumber, celery, green pepper and brilliant bits of pimiento, is a concoction of sheer delight. It is the sort of thing that stars at a party meal or makes a family meal something to be remembered and a doЛnite aid to our somewhat sluggish summer appetite.
