THE DISPATCH SAYS: "THE GERMAN FORCES WHICH CROSSED THE GREEK FRONTIER FROM BUL- GARIA ARE MEETING WITH TENACIOUS RESISTANCE FROM BRITISH TROOPS, PARTICULARLY IN THE STRUMA VALLEY."

LONDON, APR. 5 (UP),—RADIO BERLIN REPORTS THAT THE FIRST BRITISH PLANES ARRIVED IN YUGO-SLAVIA ON FRIDAY AND THAT R.A.F. PERSONNEL HAD REPLACED THE YUGO-SLAV GROUND PERSONNEL.
RADIO ATHENS DECLARED THAT HOSTILITIES BEGAN ON THE FRONTIER OF THRACE AND WESTERN MACEDONIA.
