Second Period: Fowler Scores Three

SAINTS WHITEWASH- RECREIO TO WIN
There was no doubt about the superiority of the English team, Softball for in the course of the second half, they were mostly on the offensive, and time and again, Bankier was called upon to save his charge. The Scottish halves played themselves to a stand- still, Birrell in particular putting in a good day's work. He -made excellent use of his head.
