A Domei message from Shanghai states that relinble Chinese sources have revealed that negotiations for a sceret Anglo-Chinese military pact are proceeding in Chungking between the British Ambassador, to China and Generalissimo Chiang Kai-shek.

It is reported by Domei from Hanoi that the entire staff of the Thai Consulate at Saigon has left for home, after closing Its doors last Friday, and that all Thailanders have evacuated Indo-China. It is also reported that Thai troops twice crossed the Indo-Chinn border on Friday and attacked Polpet, in Cambodia, which town was also machine-gunned by low-lying planes.
