CHARLOTTEVILLE, VIRGINA, JUNE 10 (UP).-PRE- SIDENT ROOSEVELT HAS ANNOUNCED THE INTENTION OF THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT TO MAKE AVAILABLE TO THE ALLIES ALL ITS RESOURCES IN THE STRUGGLE AGAINST TOTALITARIANISM.
