A LETTER written by a man' to a married woman was referred da her husband's "secret weapon," by Mr. Justice Hallett in divorce proceedings at Man- chester Assizes.

He granted a decree nisi to Mrs. Delty Combes, of Ayres Road, Old Trafford, Manchester, who petitioned for divorce on the grounds of alleged misconduct
