PARIS, Jan. 17 (UP). A Polish Government official state- ment has disclosed details of a German plan whereby the Ger- į man minority in Poland, used prior to the war to sabotage and spy upon the Polish people, are now working in closest contact with Berlin, which has furnish- ed them with arms.
