John Barrymore, stage and screen star, arriving at a New York hotel, got into a dispute with his wife, the former Elaine. Barrie,
over who should take Bingy, the Barrymore doz. for an airing.
So they compromised and both went with Bingy, on Fifth Avenue,
as above, John is to star in a play in which Elaine will appear
as his daughter.
Vivien Leigh (pronounced Leo), chosen by Selznick Pictures for the role of Scarlett O'Hara in forthcoming ploture, "Gone With the Wind." English actress was' Relected after hundreds were tended.
During a southern tour, Jack Dempsey, former world heavyweight boxing champion, visited the Staic Penitentiary at Raleigh, N. C., and addressed the prisoners there. He is shown, at left, as he spoke to them. To many of his audience he still was champlon, for they had been in prison even before he won his tille.

Consignees are hereby informed that their goods with the exception of Opium, Treasure and Valuables are being funded and stored into the Godowns of the Hongkong Kowloon Wharf and Godown Co. Ltd., Kow. loon, whence delivery may be ob tained immediately after landing.
All claims must be sent in to me on or before 28th February, 1930, or they will not be recognized.
Damaged Packages will be examin- ed. by the Company's Surveyor Messrs--Goddard and Douglas in the presence of the Consignees at 10.00 D.m. on Saturday, 25th February, 1939.
Consignees must have a Revenue Oficer in attendance when any dull- abic goods are examined by the Company's Surveyors.
