TWO FLAT RACES PROVIDED AT FANLING MEETING
SPECIAL SWEEP BEING RUN ON "RELIEF CUP"

Encouraged by the success of their December meeting, the Stewards of the Fanling Hunt and Race Club have kept the pot boiling by providing two flat races (he Relief Cup-a handicap for "D" class China ponies over a mile, and the Shatin Handicap for "E" class raters over six furlongs) in their programme for their January Mcoting to be held at Kwanti on Sunday. In addition there are two steeplechasing events for the Australian and China ponies and a hurdlo contest to be divided into two sections for bona fide China bunters.
