"REUTER" MESSAGE, AT 10.30 A.M. TO-DAY, REPORTS THAT IT IS AUTHORITATIVELY STATED THAT CZECHO-SLOVAKIA HAS AGREED TO SUBMIT TO THE ANGLO-FRENCH RECOMMEN: DATIONS FOR A SETTLEMENT OF THE CRISIS.
According to diplomatic sources in London, these recommendations envisage the return to Germany by means of an anschluss of all districts in the Sudeten area which gave a 75 per cent. vote at the last Municipal elections for Herr Henlein's of another party; a new Czecho-Slovakian-German frontier; the creation autonomous German area in Czecho-Slovakia; a transfer of populations where necessary; and similar arrangements for Hungarian and Polish minorities.
