CONE WOMAN TALKING

MY hairdresser has a brother in New York. Styling is his job. He forecasts coiffures. I have never known him wrong in seven years. He gave my man "Page Boy" nine months before it was created in London.
Now he is talking about napes. To-morrow's hair triumph It means the end of short hair will be called "Vienna Waltz."

I have seen the original sketches and photographs made by me of the Gibson Girl and
Ernst in New York. They remind
Julia Neilson when she was young.
Ernst has done it again.
"Vienna Waltz" enchants me. It will bring back hump hairpins, combs and a dozen other discomforts.
None of those things will
matter because it is romantic, distinguished, becoming.

THE older generation of physicians believed the tongue to be the mirror of the stomach. So it is, but I have seen many furred tongues duc to excessive smoking. Chain smoking astoundis me, expecially in women. and it is painful to watch a woman smoke during a meal.

A mild antiseptic mouth lotion, cold cream for dry lips, and two or three glasses of water with a little lemon or orange a day-always taken between meals-will help to a heal- thier mouth.
CLEAN OUT YOUR STOMACH
-and enjoy your food!
There are some people who never really enjoy their food because no matter bow long ago it was, since they last bad a meal, they always feel" full up." Sunte feel as though a fump were lodged in the middle of their chosfs-others as though their stomach were blown out like a balloon with wind and gas.
This is because the food from thoir laat meal has not been completely.digested, and remains behind in this stomach, furning bad and forming acid and evil gasex Food must be digested and cleaned right out of the stomach after every meal, if you are to feel ready to eat at the proper time. If you suiter in this way, tako a dose of Maclean Brand Stomach Powder after eating. It will help you to digest all your food in the proper way, prevent the formation of too much acid and unhealthy gas, and clear poisonous waste gently out of the system. Wind, flatulence, heartburn all go if you take this scientifia remedy. Even such serious illa as gastric and duodenal ulcer have been. ended by Maclean Brand Stomach Powiler.
