Mr. G. S. Hugh Jones, appearing for the complainants, the Lau Lee Sang Firm, of 51-53 Cheung On Street, said lile clients had been| making cards for over ten years. Their trademark was registered Chinese 5 Sterling Notes Hongkong in December Inst, and their cards were then manufacture! In the Colony.

On March 23, a warning letter wan sent to the defendant, and on April 22, acting on a warrant, Detective Sergeant E. Franklin visited defen- dant's premises and seized three complete packets of cards, six blocks for printing various marks, 30 sheets of surface papers and a quantity of loose cards.

The articlen seized were ordered. to be confiscated and destroyed.
