NHS orange and honey marmalade will meet with the family's -approval:-To 1 quart of the juice and pulp of Seville oranges allow 2 lbs. clear honey, and ib. orange rind.

Peel the oranges, and boil the rind in water, and when tender, rut with a pair of scissors into strips.

Remove all pips, then put the pulp and juice together with the honey and strips of rind into the preserv ing pan. Boil all together for about 30 minutes, Test on plate. Then pour into jars and cover when quite cold.
