GAMBLERS FAIL TO ANSWER CHARGES Charged with keeping a common gaming house at an unnumbered hut at Hok Tsui village, Stanley, yester- day, Yau Kong, 25, the alleged keeper, failed to appear before Mr. R. A. D. Forrest at the Central Magistracy this morning, and his bail of $30 was accordingly entrented. Seven other men, found gambling in the premises, were also charged, but they did not appear, and had their bail of $3 enchi cetreated. Sub-Inspector A.
