Applications may be made:--

(a) personally.

(b) by messenger.

(c) by post.

It is essential under (e) and preferable under (a) and (b) that applications should be accompanied by crossed cheque payable to Hong- kong Government. The new Reence will then be sent by post or messen- ger as soon as it is ready. Where actual cash is tendered a new leence should be received in exchange before leaving the Licensing Omeo.

In the case of renewal the old Heenco should be returned with the opplication.
