FOR RE-EXPORTATION TO PHILIPPINES

TS Hongkong being used as a dumping ground for Japanese .cotton textiles in order to defeat the recent "Gentleman's Agreement" between Japan and the United States, whereby the Japanese Guild for Cotton Cloth Exports agreed to limit exports to the Philippines to 42 million square yards per annum.
Investigations disclose that the answer is in the af-
firmative.
