Lightweight Champion of the Colony during the evening.

About 500 spectators turned out on the Marina ground yesterday afternoon, to see the Combined Services.defeat the Civilians by two goals to one in one of the best hockey matches seen for many a season. Play was fast throughout and both teams were fully exerted.
The Services, however, were not full value for their victory. A draw would have been a fairer indication on the run of the play.
