SHAMEEN SUFFERS BIG LOSS

Shameen, Dec. 14.

The British community here will shortly lose one of its hest known and most highly-respected members in the person of Mr. Charles 1. Watson, Director of Public Works and Secretary the Shamean Municipal Council, who is leaving Canton after more than a quarter of a century's residence there.
