The continuance of free trade relations between the United States and the Philippines oven after the islands have achieved their independence under the Tydinge-McDuffie Act, was vocated by Senator Carl Hayden of Arizona upon arrival here as an advance guard of the Congressional Committee that will visit the Islanda late this year.
