The danger in leading the te of diamonds, followed by the dence, is that you will establish that suit for your opponents. If they are short in that suit, you can do them no harm by lending it, na they also will be in a posi-. tion to ruff.
Why not start your attempt to win your tricks in the side suits which the opponents, by their bidding, have indicated are their weakness? Open the queen of clubs. It Immediately knocks out the declarer's ace.
