The suramons against Mr. Wu Wal-man, editor of the Wak Keu Yat Po (Overacas Daily News) summoned for alleged "eribbing" of a telegraphic message sent to the Kung Sheung Yat Po (Industrial and Commercial Daily Press) was dismissed by Mr. Hamilton at the Central Magistracy yesterday afternoon.
Mr. C. Y. Kwan conducted the pror cution, while Mr. G. S. Hugh Jones appeared for the defendants.
