It appears that the American economic experiment is too puzzl- ing, changes so often and is evolv- ing with too much uncertainty for him to be able to make any. sort of guess regarding the future.
So continuous and so great are the changes that no-one who is not on the spot is up-to-date, he declared in to. day's meeting of the Directors.
