ter General, was the complainant in a summons against The Pure Cano Molasses Company, Ltd., be fore Mr. Schofield, at the Central Magistracy this morning.

He alleged defendants unlaw- fully posted a parcel addressed to Yuk Kee, Shanghai, containing samples of molasses which soiled and damaged other postal packets.
