Mr. T. P. K. Kemble appeared In the Central Police Court this morning before Mr. Wynne-Jones to apply for re-hearing in the case in which Li Yan, charged with alding and abetting four women in an opium case, was fined $2,000 or six months' hard labour on Saturday by his Worstilp.
