BY VIRTUE of the authority vested in them by Ordinary Re-, solution of the Company passed: by Shareholders at Extra- ordinary Meeting held on lat December, 1931, the Directors of the Company have decided to offer to Shareholders Additional | Shares in the proportion of one Additional Share of the nominal; value of $5 for every five Shares) of which they are the registered holders on 8th January, 1932.
Such Additional Sharea will be issued at par. The full nominal amount of $5 per share will be payable on acceptance of the offer on or before 1st February, 1932, in the case of shareholders whose Registered Address is in the Colony of Hongkong.
