ARREST.
ASSAULT CHARGE FAILS.
Mr. John Hutcheson, aged forty- two, described as an Insurance official, of Cranfield-rond, Brock ely, was charged at Bow-street Police Court, in mail week, before Sir Chartres Biron, with assault- ing Police-constable Lawton, 215 E, by striking him in the stomach.
