In the latest Government Gazette to be circulated to-day, is published the draft of a new Ordinance which the Government proposes to introduce at the next meeting of the Legislative Council for regulating the keeping of dogs and for the prevention of the importation and spread of rables.

The most important change effected is that all dogs, no matter of what age, are brought under new anti-rabic regulations, and that no dog must be abroad in any public place without being either muzzled or on the lead..
