The Chinese Recreation Club first team repeated their success of last year by winning the "A" Division of the Hongkong Tennis League with.. out suffering a single defeat.
They engaged the M. B. K. in their final match of the season, at Cause way Bay ground yesterday afternoon and trounced the Japanese team to the tune of 66 games to 33, the visitors showing strength in only one of their pairs, Although Honda and Ema won 10 games, defeating the throe Chinese pairs, the other Japanese couples went down very badly.
Unotoro and Edo only secured six: games while, Fujita and Koyama won two mere, although they won one set,,
