BUILT FOR A KING.-This concrete palace near Seattle was built years ago by Mr. Sam Hill to entertain King Albert of Belgium. But King Albert was prevented from coming and it was never used. Mr. Hill offered it to Queon Marie during her visit to the west coast. Mr. Hill is a son-in-law of the late James J. Hill, railway magnate.
