WHAT THEY TOLD THE MAGISTRATE.
There were a number of unlicens- hawkers charged before the Senior Magistrate, this morning.
"A boy, who was only 14 years. of age, when charged with selling vegetables," without a licence, pleaded that his mother was too old to do anything.
