ALLEGED DEALINGS BY LOCAL FIRM.
Two out of three charges against the man who is alleged to be im- plicated in a big opium deal were withdrawn at the Central Magis- tracy yesterday after Mr. J., D. Lloyd, had outlined the case for the prosecution.
The case is one which has been before the Court. on' several oc- casions and concerns alleged deais, in eplum to the amount of some-. thing ke half a million dollars.
