Although the conditions yester- day were not quite favourable for swimming, the aport provided at the third day of the V. RC annual aquatic meeting was by ne means of a lower standard than that of the previous days. The racing was just as keen, and in the breast stroke event the narrowest possible margin of one fifth of n second parated the winner from the second man home.
