SANDWICHES.

cheese, 2 cups milk, 3 tablespoons butter, 2 eggs, 2 teaspoon salt, teaspoon, mustard, paprika

Cut cheese in thin slices. But ter bread lightly and make sand- wiches filled with choose, Arrange in a shallow baking dish... Beat eggs slightly, and milk and seasonings and pour over sand- wiches. Bake in a moderately hot oven until a golden brown. Servo at once.
Pickles should be served withi this dish if planned for grown persons.
