With reference to the offer of new shacos dated the 15th May, 1925, (made to exleting share holders of the Company) by the terms of which the sum of $7.50 per share was to be paid on the 30th June, 1926, and the sum of $5 on. the 30th September, 1925, the directors have decided (in view of the present condition of affairs) to extend these dates.
The date for payment of the first Instalment of $7.50 per share is accordingly extended until the 30th September, 1925, and the date for payment of the second instalment until the 31st December, 1925.
As regards shareholders who take advantage of these extended, times the new sha as allotted to them will rank for dividend as from the 1st October, 1925, in respect of half the nominal value thereof and s from the 1st January, 1926, in res-
