With reference to the offer of new shacos dated the 15th May, 1925, (made to exleting share holders of the Company) by the terms of which the sum of $7.50 per share was to be paid on the 30th June, 1926, and the sum of $5 on. the 30th September, 1925, the directors have decided (in view of the present condition of affairs) to extend these dates.

The date for payment of the first Instalment of $7.50 per share is accordingly extended until the 30th September, 1925, and the date for payment of the second instalment until the 31st December, 1925.
