Some good play was witnessed in the League match between the Indian RC and Civil Service. The former compiled 191 for 9 and declared (S.H. Ismail. 41, C. Ismail 36, J.S Carreem 41). | The visitors raplied with 150 for 6, thus drawing the match. A.R. Sutherland compiled 44 and A. E. Wood 45.
The Chinese RC. were defeated by the University in a League game on the C.R.C. ground. The home side knocked up. 86, the fielding of the visiting team being too good for high scoring, and when the University went in the ultimate result was soon ap- parent. When stumpe were drawn they had compiled 181 for 6 wickets down. AA. Rumjahn scored 44, and H. M. Roffey and A. S. Hatt retired after knocking Up 37 and 56 respectively. H. K. Balhatchet took 4 C.R.C. wickets for 25.
