The arrival of the President Cleveland alongside the Kowloon Wharf yesterday was productive of further arrests for arms posses- sion. Seven passengers were arrested with a total baul of seren revolvers and automatics and four rifles. The latter, together with' |2,300 rounds of ammunition, were cunningly concealed in the false cover.. sides and bottom of a trunk.
