Godown Co., at Kowloon, and stored at consignees' risk.
Consignees of cargo must pro duce an Import Permit signed b the Superintendent of Import and Exports, Hongkong, before Bills of Lading will be counter signed.
All broken, chafed and damag ed cargo is to be left in the Go downs, where it will be examined at 10a.m. on May 17th. by the Company's Surveyors, Mesars Anderson & Ashe.
All claime must be presentec within thirty days of the steamer' Arrival bere, after which they cannot be recognized. No Claims will be recognised after the goods f have left the Godowns, and carvoj undelivered on and after May 18th. will be subject to rent...
