A Committee meeting of the Chinese General Chamber of Com-. merce was held yesterday after- noon, Mr. Li Po-kwai presiding over a good attendance.
Before dealing with the agenda the Chairmau referred to the loss the Chamber had sustained through the death of the Hon. Mr. Ng Hoa- ts, one of its honorary patrons and a member of the Legielativn Council. Mr. Ng Hon-ter's death, said the Chairman, was the more regrettable a view of the fact that the deceased gentleman WHS
