TERMINAL CHARGES. Extension of the ten-day la transit privilege on imports to one year is expected, to do much to build up Seattle's manufacturing and-distributing system. The trans-continental roads agreed to allow imports to more out under the preferential import rail rate any time within one year. This became effective Hay 22.
