CHANG TSO-LIN-BANKER. A charter has just been issued by the Ministry of Commerce to the Three Eastern Provinces Back, which, it is understood, will operats in Manchuria under the control of General Chang Tso-lin KOBE STEEL WORKS,
The Kobe Steel Works is among those alarmed by the prospect of disarmament, a 75 per cent of the work consists of the manufac- ture of arms. It is reported that the works will have to be cloved in the event of disarmament being realised. In these circumstances some cautions workers appear to be beginning to demand, an io- crease of discharge monsy.
