In the absence of a definite request for abandonment, a parcel will at the expir ation of 30 days from date of its receipt in Ceylon, ne 21 days in Hongkong (except in the case of a Foste Restante parcel), be returned to the header without previous notification and at bis expense, and a parcel which bears alternative address will be held in Ceylon at the disposal of the first addresses for 15 days before being tendered for delivery to the second addressee
