It is stated that the terms of the Warehouse-to-Warehouse Clanse, in the Institute Cargo Clauses ATF- being reconsidered by Lloyd's Underwriters' Association and the Institute of London Underwriter, .. with the object of defning more- accurately where the Marine Do- derwriter's risk ceases, particular- ly at the destination of the cargo insured. At the present time especially when there is such a congestion of goods at most ports, uncertainty in some cases ex- ists.
