All Capital Sentences Commuted.
Cairo, February 24. Sentences in the conspiracy case reported in October have been promulgated. Seven are condemned to death, including Abdul Rahman Boy, local secretary of the Egyptian nationalist delegation. All these sentences have been commuted to fifteen yeara' pena!] are reduced to servitude. Fifteen sentences of imprisonment periods varying from twelve to two years. The punishment of thirty lashes on sleven of the accused has been annulled.
