PEACE MEMORIAL SCHEME.

To the Editor of the "Hongkong Telegraph."}

FRANCES LIBERATED REGIONS,

FULL REPARATION FOR ALL LOSSES DEMANDED.

Paris, March 9. There was a great demonstration to-day at the Trocadero. A petition, signed by 334 million inhabitants of the liberated regions of France, was handed to M. Deschanel, President of the Chamber; who presided, urging full reparation from Germany for their immense losses, including the destruction of 6,625,000 acres of enltivable land. 1,500,000 acres of forests and 145 sugar factories out of a total of 213.

THE INDEMNITIES THAT GERMANY WILL PAY.

FRANCE'S RIGHT OF PRIORITY.
