We have headed this: "Warning 10 Besidents," says the Nagasaki Press, but we trust that the polion authorities will alto take note bf the matter and endeavour to pat an end to the nuisance. Great War Library.
A grest war library is to be an important part of the National War Museum which the Govern- ment are creating. 'In making' this announcement at luncheon given in the Carpentera Hallby the Library Committee of the [City of London, Sir Alfred Mond aid it was astonishing how the literature of the war had grown. A library of 30,000 or 40,000 volumen would scarcely cover that which already. Gaziste. The services of Prof. Oman, of Oxford, have been enlisted as chairmen of the War Library Committen. In asking the support of the City Corporation for the war museum, Sir Alfred suid they would wquire a building, worthy of such a collearion.
