Glasgow Oplam Raid.

A despatch from Chicago dated January 8 reported the visit to that city of Dr. Heinrich F Albert, commercial attarhe of the Ger- many Embassy, with the purpose! of disposing of between G. $25,000,000 and $30,000,000 worth of German Government | war bonde, It is reported that war bonde to that amount already bavs been sold to German-Americans. They are said to pay an attractive rate of interest.
